Sunny Thimpu Morning

Now it is almost one month that I am in Bhutan…

As I said in my first blog entry, before leaving Switzerland I had a very intense and a bit stressful time.

I had also worked A LOT for Eurasia, my work in Vietnam for special education, organic agriculture etc (www.eurasia.org.vn) and we had decided with the Eurasia team to all take some “holiday”, (it never really stops as Eurasia is not just a normal work (!) we continued to write mails, reports, did skypes etc, but in a more “informal” way), but since last week we are taking up our weekly skypes, preparing new projects, preparing my next trip to Hue  (in one week already!) etc

I wondered could I work from here Thimpu, for Eurasia ? Yes I think I can…let’s see…my aim to make it all ONE is on the way…

Yesterday we continued here with the GNH team to prepare the GNH office. Until now the GNH team worked from our cosy apartment, but actually GNH Center is renting a nice 4 room apartment as an office. Last week we cleaned the place, new furniture had to be added, internet wifi installed etc and I think next week everything will be ready!

Yes except our special week end outings we live a quite “normal” life here in Thimpu.

Tho and his team work from 9 in the morning till 5-6 evening…with the rhythm of our bell reminding us to breathe and smile and with weekly “theory U sessions”, with many meetings and Tuesday evening meditation,

We enjoy evening walks in lively Thimpu,

Life is just “the same” everywhere….it is all about love, friendship, nature, meaningful work…and following our inner star:)

Sending you my love from  “normal day” in Thimpu

Had a good Skype with Khanh and TTG team! What a great team! What great projects Eurasia has in VN! I really hope the TTG team can come here and help the GNH team and vice versa :) wouldn't this be great?
