In our ongoing team work in TTG, Hue, on Happiness (look at the chapter before : long time no seen)
we all said our family’s and friends happiness is important for our own happiness, if one of them suffers we sufffer
as well.
First we look at our own suffering and we try to become aware how this influences our relations with others,
We try to transform our suffering in order to reconcile with our families, bring relief to the suffering
of those around us,
We need to take enough time for family and friends , we need a good balance work/family life,
To have a good communication in our family, at work and with friends, to be able to understand
others all this are happiness factors.
We also said that we need enough rest and free time!
Taking good care of ourselves !
Having fun, resting, being lazy sometimes is really important! dreaming is important
as well !
Going out with family and friends, eating together, enjoying good food together, all this brings happiness
Swimming, singing, dancing, hiking, walking in nature, looking at the moon, at the stars, even
shopping (mindful consumption)brings happiness
Taking good care of ourselves means all this : resting enough, having enough time to relax, time to meditate, do tai chi, yoga and have fun and of course taking good care of our health,
We all said we’ll have a health check up regularely !
