How quiet it is...…The typhoon Wutip has just passed north of Hue (Vietnam).
Here in Hue the storm was short, but violent …and now everything seems so calm again…almost unreal…there is a
gray/orange light in « the air »…many leaves and branches on the ground, everyone sweaping and cleaning away the destructions of the storm…
Tho and me arrived yesterday evening back « home »
in Hue at the Peaceful Bamboo Family (Tinh truc Gia= TTG, a Eurasia project: www.eurasia.org.vn)! What a warmhearted welcome admidst the preparations of protecting TTG from Typhoon Wutip,
Yes now it is quiet and peaceful and I reflect
on the past weeks with wonder…
Breathing in ...out... slow.... deep...
These last weeks were not like a storm, they were joyful and deep, no destructions, but building vigorously a new "world" in every sens…, so many important
events, so many new seeds …yes I do need some quiet, « rearanging", digesting it all….
We arrived yesterday in Vietnam directly from Bhutan….During the last two weeks in Bhutan we have been in Bumthang for
the GNH youthprogram then in Paro for the GNH Train the Trainers program….believe me I feel it has been months….
Sometimes I wonder : time and space are so mysterious
Sometimes I feel like living
three lives in ONE…it is hard to explain…but truly that’s how I feel…
What an incredibly joyful event the opening of the GNH/Wake Up youthprogram in Bhumthang ! For the first time the GNH Centre welcomes
a program on its « land ». Bas Felipe Tsering had built sort of a « Flintstone GNH Centre », nicely decorated, well organized, to welcome almost 30 young people, bhutanese and international, for a 3 weeks « GNH
workshop ».
They are still there, working on the land, deepening their understanding of GNH and practicing mindfulness and living in an untouched and powerful nature.
The opening was grand with wonderful
pujas, lots of joy and wonder !
Yes it is a wonderful seed for the birth of the GNH Centre.
Tho and me and 5 participants of the GNH Training of the trainers(TOT) program, then flew back to Paro for a 1 week GNH
TOT program. We were 22 participants all together, bhutanese and international, wisely guided through inner and outer landscapes of a « wholesome » world, by Julia and Tho.
And now we are here in TTG where all that
these two workshops were exploring is our daily life here,
Yes it is ONE Life and the threads of destiny are weaving it into a most wonderful fabric of Happiness.
