How many roads must a man walk down…..
In my recent blogs « Can Samsara be fixed 1 and 2 », I already asked myself in a way this question:…how many roads must a man walk down before he is
allowed to be free….
How many « catastrophies » do we need to live before we get to respect nature and our environment…how much exploitations of humans and nature before we can feel we are actually one,
totally interdependent…how many conflicts fueled by greed before we learn to share…
Well but now I am back in Tinh Truc Gia the Peaceful Bamboo Family in Hue (www.eurasia.org.vn
or www.Tinhtrucgia.ch ) and I say to myself : What a wonderful world….
Actually it is not so complicated at all…
This morning two new volunteers from Germany
arrived and I welcomed them. They asked me : How did Tinh Truc Gia come about,
It came about from a deep wish to bring about healing, community, respect for humans and nature, celebration of diversity, creativity …love and
joy
It all started with the Eurasia team meeting group of vietnamese young special teachers that were actually trained by Eurasia and worked in various Eurasia special education projects in Hue/Vietnam. Some of them trained in Switzerland
in a Camphill Community Perceval. That’s were Tho and me lived and worked during 20 years.
We had the « dream » to do something « different ». Not just a pedagogical project, but a living
example of « living together » « working together » , healing the earth (bio dynamic garden !), bringing out our potential and the potential of the young persons living with disabilities.
We want to search
« new ways » to work live and integrate with society, environment, through social entrepreneurship, community vitality and in respect of nature culture and spirituality !
You see quite a program !!!!!
But actually it is just a very humble but natural program…everyone want’s to be happy, to be respectful with nature, respectful with persons living with disabilities, respectful of any sort of difference, be part of a « family »,
develop his/her creativity and joy…so as I said…it is possible !
But of course problems, suffering remains…this is simply life, we meet our « disabilities », limits, incompetences etc like
every where else, but we dare to look at them and we give each other support and try to find skillfull ways to learn and improve,
When problems arise we try to say : great ! something to learn !
Today
is still a rainy day ! Since the typhoon the weather has been quite strange, probably still the after effects of the storm…As I strolled around TTG today I felt so happy and impressed by the beauty of it all !
Beauty of the buildings,
the smiles, beauty of nature…
Yes TTG is beautiful ! Beauty is an expression of the « spirit »
And Yes ….I have arrived !
