Each time I arrive in TTG,  I am in awe of the high educational quality and deep understanding of human nature, that permiates every gesture, every activity in the community and that translates in the incredible beauty, care for the detail in every action and in our common vision constantly creatively renewed ! 

I realize TTG core team, Tu Trinh Hai Khanh, later many others, have ben so well trained since 1998 and this also translates in the interest of many professionals, in Vietnam but also internationally to learn from their work

And it translates in the quality of the work in special ed and social therapy in TTG. Many of those who learnt/worked with us have become highly trained professionals and are able to continue and create good quality projects

In the beginning it has been Eurasia core team, Tho and me and Andres Pappe, Alain Jaqueline Gruener, Sara Martine, Marc, Nadia, Andreas Jaqueline Tirler, but also Vivian Gladwell, and many others had worked and trained many social workers over decades that offered their time, knowledge, and care to TTG community in the first years of the creation of TTG

Many TTG team members could also do internships abroad,join conferences, international and national training courses, join courses at Hue University on spcial education and social work.

Here the general list of all Trainings in TTG since 1999...of course there were many informal trainings as well...simply the time we spent together exploring, adapting to the local context all the understanding and experiences we received through the trainings, we all learnt so much in these processes.
